User-provided information

When using Our Website and/or Bot, the User provides Us with information about themselves.

• For Users (voice authors), additional information required to receive royalties includes:

  • last name;
  • patronymic (if any);
  • date of birth;
  • place of birth;
  • passport details (series and number);
  • passport issue date;
  • payment information (bank card information).

The User's personal information in the Bot includes the User ID.

We may also process other information about Users, which includes:

• information that You provide to Us in survey;
• Your device identifier, device type, geographic location information, computer and connection information, page view statistics, traffic to and from websites, advertising data, IP address and standard web log information;
• additional data obtained when accessing the Website and/or the Bot, including data on technical interaction with the Website and/or the Bot (including the IP address of the host, the type of the User’s operating system, the type of browser) and further actions of the User on the Website and/or the Bot. Information containing the history of the User’s visit is available to the User in the “Settings/Security” section;
• information automatically obtained when accessing the Website using bookmarks (cookies);
• information obtained as a result of the actions of other Users, third parties and other sources, in addition to the Services, such as Our partners and advertisers.

Processing of information provided by Users

The processing of information provided by User is based on the principles of:

• the legitimacy of purposes and methods of processing the information provided by You;
• good faith;
• compliance of the purposes of processing the information provided by You, the purposes predetermined and claimed when collecting such information, as well as Our powers;
• compliance of the amount and nature of the processed information provided by You, the methods and purposes of processing such information;
• inadmissibility of combining databases, created for incompatible purposes, containing information provided by You.

The processing of information provided by You is carried out by Us in order to fulfill the Terms of Service. Federal Law of 27 July 2006 N152-FZ on “Personal data” in the article 6 establishes that the User’s separate consent to the processing of their personal data is not required. The above law in subparagraph 2, paragraph 2, article 22 establishes that We shall have the right to carry out the processing of personal data without notifying the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.

Collection of information provided by Users

The collection of information provided by You is carried out on the Website and/or the Bot during the registration, subscription or when You enter additional information about yourself on Your own initiative.

You may provide Us with information in various ways as part of the Services. For example, You provide Us with information when You:

Destruction of information provided by the User

The destruction of information provided by You is carried out when:

• You independently delete information from Your Account;
• You independently delete Your Account using the functionality of the Service;
• We delete the information posted by You, as well as Your Account in the cases established by the Terms of Service.

In case of deletion of the Account, We store on our electronic media Your personal and other necessary data for the period necessary and established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of independent deletion of their Account, the User has the right to restore their Account within 210 days from the moment of its independent deletion in the Account at www.console.cybervoice.io/user.

• first name, last name/name of the organization;
• avatar.

It should be noted that in relation to Users (authors of voices) the following information is available to any registered User of the Website and/or the Bot:

• first name, last name, patronymic (if any)
• avatar;
• detailed information about the voice belonging to such User.

We are not responsible for the disclosure of information provided by You, other Users of the Website and/or the Bot who have gained access to such data.

Third party services

Our Website and Bot may contain features and links to websites and services provided by third parties. These links are provided as a convenience and may not be kept current or supported. Any information You provide on third party websites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services and is subject to those operators’ policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through the Service. We are not responsible for any content, privacy and security policies of third party websites and services, or any content on these linked websites that are linked to or accessed through the Services. Security

We use all reasonable, technical and organizational and legal measures in order to ensure the protection of the information provided by You from illegal or accidental access to it, intervention, unauthorized access, modification, destruction, blocking, copying, dissemination, from other illegal actions.
